Dutch Bailiff Act
The powers of a bailiff are provided for by law and compliance with the law is strictly monitored. The Bailiffs Act is available for inspection, should you so wish (in Dutch). Each year, a chartered accountant checks our financial affairs. As we also administer third-party finances, our integrity carries additional weight.
